DISCLOSURE CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO EU REGULATION 679/2016 (GDPR) and ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

Dear Customer/Supplier, BER-MAR S.R.L. hereby informs you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, your company's data, including data provided verbally in the past, as well as data to be acquired in the future as a result of our business operations, may be subject to processing in conformity to the above-mentioned Regulation.

Purpose of processing
Your data will be processed, including with the use of hard copies and with electronic and automated equipment, exclusively for purposes of complying with legal and contractual obligations, such as:
management of data in the customer/supplier master;
management of the contract and of the relationship between the company and the customer/supplier;
administrative, accounting, and legal management of the customer's/supplier's position;
entry/payment of invoices and issuance of documents required by law;
issuance of any other required documents (corporate communications, summaries and processings specifically requested by the customer/supplier).

Methods of processing
Your personal data will always be processed lawfully, honestly, and with maximum confidentiality in compliance with the Regulation, by means of computer files and/or protected hard copy files.
Your personal data will be processed for the entire duration of our contractual relationship as well as subsequently for purposes of fulfilling all legal obligations. Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Transmission and dissemination of data
Your personal data may be transmitted to third parties who are duly appointed as data controllers, and specifically to: banks and credit institutions;
consultants and self-employed individuals, including partnerships;
public and/or private bodies to which the transmission of data is mandatory or necessary in order to fulfil legal obligations or is in any way useful for managing the contractual relationship;
forwarding agents, carriers, owner-drivers, post offices, logistics companies.

Access to data
The individuals or categories of individuals to whom your personal data may be transmitted or who may acquire knowledge of your personal data as controllers or processors are:
owners and managers;
switchboard operators, personnel in administrative and financial offices;
sales office personnel;
personnel operating computer systems and/or management systems for safety and the environment;
personnel in the technical office;
personnel in the purchasing office, receiving department, warehouse, production departments, packing department, and support offices.

Storage time
Your personal data will be stored for the time needed to carry out the contractual relationship between the parties and in all cases for no more than 10 years or, in general, the time specified by civil and tax laws.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, and objection to processing of the data subject's personal data and, in general, may exercise all of the rights provided in Articles, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the GDPR.
